Whether you have muscle stiffness, are feeling mentally stressed or just want to pamper yourself. Swedish massage therapy uses a range of techniques to either relax or energise your soul. Each treatment will be tailored to your individual needs, by varying the pressure and frequency of the movements. If required, we use a selection of pre-blended oils to enhance your experience offering a relaxing, uplifting or detoxifying massage. If you have a particular problem area, we can enhance the therapy by using mechanic massage.
